[Important] Regulations Regarding Presents and Fan Letters Thank you for your continuous support of Crazy Fantasy. To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, we have established the following rules regarding presents and fan letters for our members. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 🚫 Prohibited Items (NG) The following items cannot be accepted. Please note that staff may refuse or dispose of items at their discretion. 1. Food and Beverages Handmade or home-cooked food (e.g., homemade sweets, bento boxes). Opened food items. Perishables or items requiring refrigeration/freezing (e.g., cakes, fresh desserts, fruit). Only unopened, store-bought items with a clear expiration date that can be stored at room temperature are permitted. Drink tickets (including exchange vouchers for cafes, etc.). 2. Monetary Items and High-Value Goods Cash. Cash equivalents (gift certificates, gift cards, prepaid cards, lottery tickets, etc.). High-priced items exceeding a retail value of 10,000 JPY (excluding tax). Even if the price is unknown, items judged to be high-value may be refused. 3. Electronics and Recording Media Storage devices (HDDs, USB drives, CD-Rs, DVD-Rs, BD-Rs, SD cards, etc.). Unopened commercial products (e.g., retail CDs/DVDs) are exempt, but any media containing data is prohibited. Electrical appliances (home electronics, communication devices, etc.). 4. Living Things and Plants All living creatures (animals, insects, etc.). Only fresh flowers (stand flowers, arrangements, bouquets) are permitted. 5. Dangerous Goods and Used Items Dangerous materials (explosives, fireworks, blades, pharmaceuticals, items with strong odors, etc.). Opened or used items (including second-hand goods). 6. Size and Weight Restrictions For ease of transport and storage, we cannot accept items exceeding: Total dimensions: Length + Width + Height = 80 cm. Weight: 5 kg. Any shape that is difficult for one person to carry. 7. Miscellaneous Items offensive to public order and morals. Items containing political or religious claims. Any other items deemed inappropriate by staff. ⚠️ Special Notes (Advance Inspection Required) The following items will be inspected by staff for safety: Plushies/Stuffed toys. Fan letters. Please do not hand these directly to members. Please hand them to a staff member. Items will be delivered to members after inspection (which may take some time). 📸 Benefit Event & Merch Regulations Rules regarding interaction events (Cheki sessions, etc.). 1. Basic Rules for Interaction Cheki Ticket Limits: A maximum of 2 tickets can be used per turn. If you have 3 or more tickets, please return to the end of the line after your session. Photography: Please hand your ticket to the staff. Self-photography (selfies, etc.) by customers is prohibited. Posing: You may suggest poses, but we will refuse requests for poses that make the member uncomfortable or require excessive physical strain. Props: Members are prohibited from holding a customer's personal belongings during photos. 2. Prohibited Acts (NG) No Physical Contact: Touching the members or their costumes is strictly prohibited. Do not attempt to fix their outfits. Proximity: Avoid excessive closeness or putting your face too close to the member. Privacy: Sharing contact information (phone number, SNS IDs, address, etc.) or handing out business cards is prohibited. Probing for personal information is also banned. Private Contact: Please refrain from sending direct messages (DMs) to members. All DMs are managed by the office. Inappropriate Behavior: Lewd, offensive, or unethical comments are prohibited. Intoxicated individuals will be denied entry. Other: Unauthorized filming, recording, or "stealth" photography is prohibited. Approaching members outside of ticketed times (free-loading), during transit, or "stalking/waiting" (ambushing) is strictly forbidden. 🎤 Live Performance Regulations 1. Photography and Social Media Photos and Videos: OK Social Media Posting: OK Please include the hashtag #CrazyFantasy, link to the official account, or provide proper credit when posting. 2. Etiquette and Prohibited Acts Dangerous Acts: Mosh pits, diving, lifting, or surfing are prohibited as they are dangerous to others. Nuisance Acts: Violence, harassment, or verbal abuse is prohibited. Do not leave belongings on the floor or tables to "reserve" spots. Waiting/Following: Waiting for members to enter or exit the venue, or following them while they are moving, is strictly prohibited as it inconveniences the neighborhood. 🎂 Birthday Festivals, Graduations, and Fan Projects To prevent trouble, customer-led projects must follow these rules: Advance Application: You must submit a formal project proposal to the management in advance. We will notify you if it is approved. Prohibited Projects: To ensure a fair environment, the following are prohibited: Setting up stand flowers (flower stands). Crowdfunding or soliciting money from other fans. Collecting message cards from unspecified large groups (to prevent blocking walkways or forcing others to participate). Presents: Individual gifts must follow the "Present Regulations" listed above. ⚠️ Violations If you violate these rules or if staff deems your behavior inappropriate, you will be warned.
